Organisation structure and culture
The organisation structure model formed in an Hilton
Hotel be in accordance with the dominant culture assumptions,
values and norms. When the culture of company is good all the
work will be done easily. Good environment helps the management
as any decision taken by them will be accepted by employees. It
assist the management in taking decisions about the Hilton Hotel. If
company has tall structure then managers will not be able to make
direct coordination with all level of workers whereas if there is flat
structure then employees can easily coordinate with top
management. by this way management can deal with employees
accordingly. If there is good culture then management would be
able to implement changes easily because employees will not resist.
Whereas if culture is not good then manager will have to make
changes in their style to implement such changes
External Factors
Customers and stakeholders
Stakeholders are the people who made the investment in the
company for the sake of interest. Share holders are the key
stakeholder of Hilton Hotel. As the more the stake holders, the
Hilton Hotel have more opportunities of funding available which
guides the administration in making financial policies and where to
use the money so that the productive results can be obtained.
Customers are important for the company as when the customers
are satisfied with the services of the Hilton Hotel, the management
need to change in their style and have to focus on introducing new
services to them. As customer relationship is important, The
management will have to train its staff to be polite and soft with the
customers.
Employee engagement and commitment
Employee engagement is about staff, takes place
when workers show interest in their jobs and are willing to
do extra effort to get the required results. It affects the
management style of the Hilton Hotel in such a way ,If
there is high employee engagement then managers can deal
with employees easily and can make them aware with the
company’s condition. But if people are not engaged then
managers will have to make changes in their style to
enhance coordination with staff so that productivity can be
raised.

As in the company there are workers from
different places. There may be change in the language
spoken by them, change in the values and beliefs of the
employees. Different people have different culture so it
affects the management in such a manner that
management has to make changes in their style and has to
take care of all the people that they are not hurt or
affected by the working to the organization
