INTRODUCTION
Leadership is a process to inspire and motivate group of people in order to achieve
common goal.
Leaders build strategies, ideas and take risk to meet requirements of company.
Leaders can be a good manager but manager cannot be a leader. Manager is a person
who is in-charge of all the business activities, monitors, controls and administers the
staff. Present report is based on Holiday Inn which is a family hotel.

Scientific management theory: In this theory is formed to improve the productivity and
profitability of organization. This theory collects past data, analyze the data and
evaluate to find out the trends which may be beneficial for company in decision making
and sustain in the market.
Holiday Inn hotel also need to use this theory by collecting the data and identify the
trends and change its strategies accordingly.
It helps business to run effectively and efficiently. Holiday Inn hotel may innovate its
services and satisfy its customer base.

organizations. Under this style leaders make decision by considering the views of
employees or staff.

and views. Holiday Inn hotel may use this leadership style to encourage staff of their

them in performing better and make customers satisfied.
