100 units by Jarvis Construction Group. Presently, the organization has recruited 10 employees
but the company is facing the issue of monitoring and controlling of workforce due to different
construction sites. Therefore, the current document is prepared with a motive to provide an
effective solution to this firm. Additionally, the report will describe the role of a leader and the
functions of manager (Alderton and Saieva, 2013).
