dynamic nature of economy in country, it may affect the company operation and leads to suffers
from high losses (Singh, 2020).
Social factor: The social culture of country can also affect in decision making as if working
culture doesn’t match with country’s culture then it’s hard for leaders and manager.
Technological factor: Another important factor that is changing very fast in environment and
need to be adopted by company for better working and gain competitive advantage in market by
proper decision making by leaders and manager of M&S (Papachristos and et.al., 2020).

The operational activities can face many challenges and problems during working in
