Introduction
In the modern business world, effective leadership and management skills are essential to carry
out efficient operations within the company. However at different workplace, the roles of leader
and managers are vary from each other in various terms and functions. In addition to same, it has
been explained that in the today’s world, leadership and management are two fundamental
aspects that company need to be considered to run business smoothly. In this report, there are
different ranges of theories present through which the roles of leaders can be addressed.
The present report is based on the impacts and roles of leader that influences effectiveness and
efficiency of the company that can further help in improving operations and activities of the
overall business. The selected company to carry out this report is Morrison super market in UK.
Morrison is the fourth biggest chain of supermarket, headquarter is situated in Bradford, West
Yorkshire, England.

Thus, it can be said that managers of cited business plays a vital role in terms of achieving
