developed by the new CEO Mr Glyn Hughes. This is because they have a large number of
experience as well as knowledge about different factors of market where the can contribute a
effective transformation within the organisation which can bring the MOTHERCARE out
from the difficult situations.it is also recommended to the organisation that they must follow
the instruction provided by the CEO Mr Glyn Hughes regarding the employee development
as well as cultural performance of the organisation for increasing the profitability and
productivity within the operation of different department (Popli and Rizvi, 2016). It is also
recommended to mother care that they must follow the more motivation strategy where they
can provide monetary and non-monetary benefits to the employees of the organisation for
increasing their motivation and bringing effective performance. This all will directly have the
organisation increasing the performance of the employees as well as well as bringing firm out
from the adverse situation. It is also recommended to the organisation that there isn't critical
need of an effective plan within the organisation which can increase the cultural of the
organisation as well as decrease the rate of corn flakes which also impact on high turnover
ratio within the organisation. This will also help in reducing the employee’s turnover ratio
