INTRODUCTION
Literature review is that part of the research report which consist the detail of the
secondary sources. The main purpose to write the literature review is to enhance their
understanding about the topic. They show the past published detail of the topic so that
researcher can identify the gap and conduct their investigation in appropriate manner (Snyder,
2019). Secondary sources which are included in this are journals, books, articles, website or any
other government sources. Literature review is written so that they can use as a handy evidence
for the specific topic that is selected. This also shows the relationship between the past report and

profit organisation has changed a lot and make their presence in the world. Some of the examples
of NPO are health institution. Museums, NGO and many more. So in these organisation
leadership plays a significant role were the organisation are heavily works by the volunteers.
Leadership is the quality were they guide the group of volunteers in Non profit organisation.
With their action they try to rum those organisation which does not work to earn profit. In NPO
leadership is important so that with their personalty and management skills they can motivate the
service provider to work effectively and efficiently. They try to change the behaviour of the
volunteers and direct them about the goals of the non profit organisation so that they can work
collectively to achieve them(Ramseur, 2018).

As per the view of Febriani and Selamet (2020), Volunteers are those person who works
for the organisation without getting any pay. In short they freely take part in the enterprises and
perform their specific job. Non profit companies need volunteers so that they can get various

can save their cost as they provide technological services. With the help of volunteers they can
also raise fund for the successful running of the company. Volunteers also helps the non profit

leaders and volunteers work together so that societally and culture aim can be changed toward
the positive way. In the above literature review it is also discuss about the benefits of volunteers
and the leadership style that can be get by the NPO. Some of the benefit NPO get by the
volunteers are they can reduce their cost by hiring the followers who posses various
technological and management skills. The leadership style can also benefit the leaders as they
can boost the morale of the followers by combining the vision and mission of the company. But
some of the challenges are also faced by the non profit organisation when they implements some
