company will also be presented.

Operational management
• In an effective the resources of the organization are being utilized by using
the concept of operational management
• The function of operational management is to enhance the productivity of

• In the organization six sigmas is the type of methodology that is being used to pay attention on

• The process by which the material can be ordered from the supplier only at the time of need in the
production is known as Juts in time.
• The efficiency is increase through this method and in the organization the waster of inventory is also
eliminated.
