concept. Marks and Spencer is a major British multinational organisation situated in London.
The study has focus on explaining the concept of operation and management. The study

use some illustration in Order to develop the understanding about role of a leader and function of

They fill them with energy and try to create positive environment for them. To retain their
existing employee manager uses reward system and recognition to motivate there workers. This
system helps in increasing the working satisfaction of client and also bring healthy
competitiveness in work place this also help in increasing the overall performance of firm.

vision and knowledge which is required to finish the given task, leader support its team and give
