office.” Their is a role of every in operations of a company simultaneously leader and manager
have their own role in bringing actions to company's process. This document consist of
justification to these role which manager and leader plays in operations of Clarks in UK. Clarks
is a UK based organisation which deals in shoes by its retailing store. Its business is spread in
many countries across globe. Hence, requirement of leadership and management is there in
context to this role of leader and manager in this organisations operation has been illustrated in
this study.
