INTRODUCTION
Management and operation consider important role in business to make good resources of
labour, raw material, money and other resources. Operation management is also important to
improve overall productivity (van Aken, Chandrasekaran and Halman, 2016). Present study
based on Rent A Car which is determines effective consideration to leads and manages the
