leadership (Lehman 2015).
Out of all these leadership styles, democratic or
participative leadership is the most appropriate
one. This is because; in this leadership style,
the leaders value the opinions of the team
members by involving them in the process of
decision- making. It is applicable in those
organizations where information is partly
available to the leaders and the employees
(Anderson and Sun 2017). This leadership
