manner and guide them benefits of changes.
Training to them which focus on accepting changes in the organisation and
their Benefits with a proper plan of organisational structure.
Announcement of monetary benefits and appraisal to employees who
performed excellent in the peak load to boost their motivation.
When and how often you would implement them
This will be implemented in the organisation as soon as possible as company is
growing on rapid pace and the employees which are averse of changes and
demotivated can affect the growth of the organisation.
How you will inform team members of the outcomes of the continuous improvement
efforts.
The outcomes of the continuous improvement efforts are communicated to them by
giving them appraisal in the company as they give their valuable time and efforts for

their leaders with proper and effective
description about the strategies.

3. Prepare a plan for the attention of the CEO of the company outlining the issues that have
been observed, how you would propose to resolve them and develop a set of strategies to
build a culture of continuous improvement in the organisation/department.
The plan must address all the following points:
a) An overview of the issues that have been observed
The company has facing an issue of high employee turnover as so many works are
assigned to only 5 members of a team. Other department are also overloaded. There is
also a high need for proper department segregation as it is observed that there is a
problem in segregation of work in departments. It is also observed that the employees

b) Recommendations on the continuous improvement intervention to be undertaken
to resolve the issues.
It is recommanded to employ more employees in the organisation to help the
members which are already working so that their workload can be shifted to
more people.
It is also recommanded to provide proper department and segregate the work
accordingly so that employees do not overburdened with different types of
work.
Company can provide a proper monetary appreciation for their hard work
during the hard times of the company to motivate them.
c) For each recommendation, outline how the continuous improvement intervention
meets sustainability requirements
When company hears all the problems of employees in the informal meeting
and provide them benefits of changes they want to bought in the organisation
they will be ready to accept changes which will help the organisation to
employ more employees in the organisation.

work of different department. If proper department are assigned then it will
motivate them and they can work easily with their expertise department.

dedication to work hard. It will help the organisation in having motivated
employees who work hard for sustainability of business.
d) Develop two detailed mentoring and / or coaching processes to ensure that
employees can implement the recommendations and support the organisation’s
continuous improvement processes
In order to assure that the employees will implement the recommendations it is
necessary to earn trust of employees. If they trust on their employer then only
they will agree on the thoughts he will share.
For the implementation of continuous implement of improvement process the

much for your feedback on the
plan. I make a plan what I feel
during my mentorship in the
organisation. The challenges and
experience I have during this plan
are:
With the increasing workload, I saw
my team mates pissed off from the
work and I feel very bad so I decided
to talk to them.
When talking with them I observed
that in spite of having so much of
problems they are not ready to accept
changes as they are scared of loosing
their post.
It takes lots of efforts to make them
ready to retain in the industry with
the recommended changes but when
their positions are appraised in the
organisation they feel security off
their jobs.
As an employee I also feel that pay
given to them is not appropriate for
the work they are giving to the
organisation so I recommend their
monetary appreciation also.
In my team of 5 members, I myself
found it difficult to handle works of
various departments but still my team
was doing it very greatly but it makes
them tired of their work so I feel that

it is necessary to departmentalise the
work in proper manner.
5. List 3 other areas in the organisation that you would recommend as the next areas for further
improvement, once this continuous improvement plan has been implemented and is
successful.
Three other areas after all these improvement plan which needs to be focused on are:
Continuous and time to time training to be provided to the employees for their
as well as organisation's benefits.
A proper management of human resource by having record of performance of
each employee. So that potential and talented employees became easy to
ascertain from all employees.
Some fun activities should be introduced in the organisation to relieve the work
stress of employees.
