serious drawbacks in the event of lack of
critical resources.

the positions. However, I have seen in case
of lack of personnel for any critical position
in the project team, they start hiring
externally.

change and ensure
there is no scope
creep?
 By using a definite set of project
management methodologies.
 Ensuring properly structured
deliverables.
 Ensuring to understand what the
client needs.
The scope of the project should remain
unchanged throughout the project duration.
In the event of a scope change, it must be
verified and documented.

 The project objectives are not met.

 Lack of a contingency plan to handle

Several changes were experienced when
the scope of the project was vague and thus
the client did not understand the
deliverables. During such events, the client
requests frequent changes to the project.

Yes, I desired a change in my life as I wanted
to increase my efficiency of work.
To accomplish this, I put a self-limit on my
access to my smartphone and the social
media. By doing this, I was able to spend
more time on my work rather than on my
phone.
