INTRODUCTION
Fundamentals of Management refer to the various types of methods and approaches
which can be used in order to ensure that the different types of needs and requirements are
managed in a proper manner (Abdulhakovna and Gulomovna, 2020). Therefore, it is quite
necessary to make their use so that the attainment of the future goals and objectives can be
carried out. This report is based on research made on Queen Elizabeth II. She is the Queen of
United Kingdom and 15 other Commonwealth realms. In this report, a detailed and specific
discussion will be made on the various types of approaches. Additionally, reflection on the group
work using teamwork and motivational theories will be made as a part of this project.
MAIN BODY
Queens Elizabeth II is the Queen of United Kingdom and 15 other Commonwealth
realms. She takes part in various types of activities which are related with the welfare of United
Kingdom and other Commonwealth realms.
CVF framework-
It refers to Corporate Value Framework (Avallin and et.al. 2020). It refers to the various
types of values and priorities which determine and influence a community's culture. There are
different types of approaches which are available under this particular framework. Therefore, it
becomes quite important that the analysis of these approaches can be made quite effectively and
efficiently in a proper manner.
The models which are a part of this framework are explained as follows-
Human resources model- It is an approach which provides an encouragement to
commitment and belonging (Backus, Guedes and Reif, 2021). According to it, a person
has to make sure that through the display of commitment and belonging he/she is able to
create a particular level of impact on the society. Queen Elizabeth II has been engaged in
various types of activities through which she is able to display a proper commitment and
belonging and therefore in this way it can be said that she has been able to display a
behaviour which links effectively with this particular model. Therefore, in this way it can
be said that through this model a proper understanding of the level of commitment and
belonging of a person can be developed which will be quite useful.

therefore in this way this has helped her a lot in ensuring that the attainment of the social goals

attainment of growth and expansion (Bondarenko and et.al., 2021). It means that there should be
more openness and therefore this can be helpful in making a right adaptation to the various types
of dynamic changes which can keep on happening which will be quite helpful in attaining the
future goals and objectives.
Queen Elizabeth II has shown through her behaviour and qualities that she will be able to make
the required adaptations according to the various types of dynamic changes. Therefore, in this
way it can be said that through the display of the right behaviour in which she shows flexibility
she has shown that the adaptations can be made in a proper manner according to this model.
Thus she has shown the behaviour which is according to this particular model.
Internal process model- It is an approach which aims for continuity and consolidation of the
past achievements (Cary and Netscher, 2021). Therefore, in this way it can be said that the use of
this model can be made so that the management can be made in the right manner so that the
success achieved in the past can be continued effectively and efficiently. Queen Elizabeth II has
shown that she can build on the success she has attained in the past and thus attain new heights
of success. Therefore, it can be said that the various types of adaptations are required to be made
for this particular purpose. Queen Elizabeth II has been engaged in different types of social
activities which have made sure that she is able to attain success and therefore make a presence
in the society.

Therefore, in this way it can be said that she has been able to make the desired contributions in a
proper manner towards the society and this has helped in ensuring that there is an enhancement
in her social image.
Reflection-
We are a group of students who were given a project to work on in the university. We had to
make sure that we were able to develop a team to work on the particular level of needs and
requirements of the project in a proper manner. Therefore we worked according to the following
teamwork and motivational theories-
Tuckman's theory- This theory has various types of stages which can be used to describe the
way in which a team can be formed right from the starting (Kobylkin and et.al., 2020).
Therefore, in this way it can be said that we were able to work on the project which we were
provided by ensuring that we made relevant adjustments to our team according to this theory.
This helped us in completing the project on Queen Elizabeth II in a proper manner.
Belbin's theory- This theory defines the wide range of roles which are included as a part of a
particular team. Therefore, it is quite important that a detailed analysis of these particular roles
can be made in the right manner. While working on the project on Queen Elizabeth II we had to
form a team and had to work accordingly. Therefore, we assigned the different types of roles to
our various team members according to their particular level of skills and qualities. Therefore, in
this way we were able to make sure that the individuals worked with their full potential and were

able to contribute at their best towards the success of the team as a whole quite effectively and
efficiently in a proper manner.
Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory- The use of this particular theory can be made so that a
proper understanding about the wide range of diverse individual needs and requirements can be
made quite effectively and efficiently which will be quite useful in ensuring the attainment of the
goals and objectives in the future (Naik and et.al., 2020).
Thus by working as a team we had to make a frequent use of this particular theory so that we
were able to understand the diverse needs of the individuals which allowed us to take the
required actions in order to fulfil these particular needs quite effectively and efficiently.
Vroom's expectancy theory- According to this theory, behaviour of a person is a result of
conscious choices among the available alternatives which seek to maximize pleasure and
minimize pain. Therefore, we as a team made a frequent use of this particular theory to
understand the way in which our fellow team members work (Singh and et.al., 2020). Therefore,
this helped us a lot in ensuring that we took the right actions thus resulting in an increase in their
motivation level quite effectively and efficiently.
Own Description- I was a member of the team which was assigned the group project on
Queen Elizabeth II and therefore we had to make the use of a detailed theories in quite a proper
manner which allowed us to be able to ensure that the attainment of the own goals and objectives
during the course of completion of this particular project can be done in a proper manner (Singh
and Melgandi, 2020). I as a member of team was able to adapt my own personality according to
the needs and requirements of the CVF framework on which we had to carry out a detailed
research.
There are four action imperatives of the CVF framework. These are explained in the
following manner-
Create- This refers to doing things first. This is quite important because it is quite
necessary that the right approaches are undertaken in relation to doing the right things
which will thus help a lot in ensuring that the proper actions are undertaken for the
management of the work. I have applied it by ensuring that I made the right contribution
to the group project.
Compete- This refers to doing things faster. It is also crucial because it will be quite
helpful in ensuring that a strategic edge can be obtained over the competitors. I have

applied it by ensuring that I am able to complete my tasks quickly which helps me a lot in
competing. This helped me in making a contribution to the group project.
Control- This refers to doing of things in the right way. It is also important because in
this way it ensures that the things are managed quite properly. I have therefore made sure
that by adapting to it I am able to perform my tasks with a higher-level of accuracy in a
proper manner.
Collaborate- This refers to doing of things together. It is also quite important and should
be done because this will ensure that the tasks are managed through ensuring cooperation
and coordination with the team members. I have made sure that through ensuring through
the display of cooperation and coordination I can help in the attainment of the team goals
and objectives.
Thus, In this way I can state that I have worked quite proactively as a team member and I have
made sure that I have made a substantial contribution towards the attainment of the team goals
and objectives.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that Fundamentals of Management refers to
the way in which the various types of models and approaches of Management can be applied so
that the attainment of the future goals and objectives can be carried out in quite a proper way.
Therefore, in this way it can be stated that through making the use of the appropriate models and
approaches a person can make sure that the management of the various types of tasks can be
carried out in a proper manner quite effectively and efficiently in the future.
