INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management plays an important role in business growth. As employees
are motivated and guided through the leaders and management team helps them to maintain their
interest and dignity in the business. They both help employees to reflect their capability and
skills to implemented in their work and achieve goal. For effective running of business they both
are needed and plan their strategy to fulfill the vision and mission of the business with the profit.
Report will include the qualities of good leaders and their relationship with the employees in
terms of motivation, guiding and supporting.
MAIN BODY
Leadership has an important role in the organisation and its in the hands of the leaders to
move the organisation according to their vision and mission and trained the employees according
to their strategy to achieve goal. Leadership depends upon the team work and trustworthiness of
the company. Company trust the leaders and discuss their major issue and information with them
and they expect the same trust from the leaders as well (Definition of Leadership and
Management, 2019). Thus, leaders had the capacity to take the decision of the organisation and
also have the rights to guide the company to work in effective manner and follow the rules which
fulfill the employees needs and wants.
Thus, Leaders are the person who are the base of the company and they carry certain
rights which can provide more profits to the company at large scale. The planning strategy for
business growth depends upon the managers and to fulfil that strategy that is the vision of the
good leader (van Veggel and Howlett, 2018). Great leaders help employees to achieve their
targets also maintain close relationship with them. This helps them to attain more confidence of
their employee and also guide them to solve that matter in different way. Due to their
motivations and techniques employees feel comfortable to give productive quality and increase
in business profits. Business run through employees and their hard work in productivity which
increase the productivity and goodwill of the business in the emerging market.
As Nowadays to retain the employees interest are difficult. In that case leaders plays an
important role to maintain the employees interests and solve their problems if they face at the
time of working. The qualities of good leaders is that they shall be honest with their employees
and discuss all the important matters which provides benefits of affects their working structure

The relationship between employee and leaders upon the trust, As the decision of leaders are
bound on the employees and they follow it blindly. If the leaders manipulate the employees and
intention to decrease the productivity, it affects the reputation of the company and also the
employees take less interest in working with that company (Bush, Bell and Middlewood, 2019).
The main quality of leader is to innovative and creative at work. This helps employees to learn
something new and also provide freedom to use it at the time of working. To successfully fulfill
the vision and mission of the company, it is the duty of the leader to innovate new ideas and
thoughts not only in the products but also on work place. As this motivated them to work with
more energy and increase the sales in the company by producing more products and delivering
goods at or before time.
Leader teaches the employees about the time management system in working hours. As
they have to mange their time because they hold family responsibility and spending more time in
office result in no profits (Muller and Turner, 2017). As during working hours they have to
utilize their whole time so that they can mange their work within the office hours. It is the duty
of the leaders to guide and organize their to do list so that they can complete their work on every
day target and also their importance of team work are also designed which helps them to
motivate to work as a group. The role of leaders are effective in every field as their duty is not
only to assign task to employees but also helps the m to complete it within the stipulated time.
Mostly leader uses democratic or participative leadership style to encourage their
employees towards their work. In this style they motivate their employees so that they can also
discuss their matters and certain issue in the business (Briggs and Coleman, 2019). This means
that they are giving powers and encouraging employees to take themselves as part of their
business and their business are incomplete without their decision on various judgements which
helps business to grow at large scale. The best part of their style is that the communication is
transferred from upward to downwards and can be vice versa. There is no boundation that
employees can't discuss their issue in front of their senior. They can discuss and also provide
judgement on related matters.
The major characteristics of leaders is that they carry the positive attitude which motivate
the employees that they are on the right path and if any problem arise they are ready to face it
with full confidence. This positive attitude not only helps business to glow buts also guides the

senior mangers that the problems are small and they can be solved if they have the positive
thinking to face it. Leaders should carry the good sense of humour which has the capability to
solve any matters through their knowledge (Martin and et.al., 2015). As at the time of training
the sense of humour is the major aspect as without them, they cannot trained their employees if
they have no knowledge relating to that work.
As the case of Barack Obama, he is considered to be the most supporting leader who
support the population of United States people and also guides them, to achieve various aspects
in their country. He became the one of the first African American presidents who became a
member of the democratic party. He is also the 44th Presidents of the united stated holding
position from 2009- 2017. He is considered to be the best leader among the US people and they
are very happy with the changes which he made to motivate people and also guide them and
trained them against inequality and injustice in the society (Riggio, 2018). To become famous is
not the quality of good leader but to work for employees and people benefits is the major aspects.
This helps them to encourage the activities which needs to be changed in the environment and
business also implemented them for the benefit of the people. Barack Obama uses the leadership
style to help people to listen to their problems and provide various helps which attract the people
interest and they feel secured in their own country.
As leader didn't distinguish the person on the bases of caste, sex, colour, region there
only motive is to trained them effectively so their vision to improve the country economy and
business growth in a better way (McCaffery, 2018). It is truly said that the company growth not
only depends on profits but also to hold good leaders and management team to manage their
internal matters.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it can be concluded that Leaders plays an effective role for the
smooth running of business. They carry various qualities and their style reflects the capabilities
of the person and also their skills are identified which bring new to them. To motivate the
employees and trained them in a better way are the major qualities of the good leaders. Honesty
and vision to achieve targets make the leaders to be the most important part of the business and
this type or behaviour helps employees to retain their interest in business.
