INTRODUCTION
Leadership as well as management development referred about enabling various future
governance along with stewardship of individual as well as company. Therefore, an individual is
required to forge their own objective as well as dictate to fitting values, motives along with
measuring their performance in terms of processes (Darics, 2020). This report is based on
developing leadership as well as management skills of an individual. This report includes
assessing present leadership along with management capabilities by using various range of
academic and theoretical models in a reflection, developing and planning range of leadership
along with management developmental task that are carried individually as well as a member of
a group along with its conclusion.

Assessing present leadership as well as management abilities by implementing range of
academic as well as theoretical models.
In order to assessment leadership as well as management abilities I have to choose various
academic as well as theoretical models that could be helpful for me in identifying my leadership
as well as management skills so that I will be able to develop them (Koc and Boz, 2020). As by
using out various models as well as academic sources I have analysed that I am good at
achieving my goals in terms of motivation as well as along with having a strength of quality of
life that desire to enhance my quality in terms of carrying out various operations as well as work
activities. Also with that I am very direction oriented person and always focused in carrying out
my activities in an effective manner. In order to review my leadership experience, I have
analysed that I have a lot of strength as well as weakness which are to be developed in order to
manage my leadership and management skills. As with using transactional model I have
analysed that I am having strength of coordinating as well as power of influencing various
individuals in order to work in a team also I have evaluated that I am good at setting up my goals
and objectives in terms of accomplishing them in an effective manner Amazon order to identify
is my strength states that my leadership traits in terms of manager management could relate to
having articulate, self-assured, confident as well as friendly nature (Lawes, 2018). That I also
evaluated my weaknesses that could help me in enhancing man leadership along with

for me to be improve in order to carry my future career growth in terms of Management as well
as leadership development in order to influence other individuals. Also with that I am very
persistent and I have a nature of staying at fixed on my goals that despite me in carrying out my
other goals creates a barrier. Also with that I analyse my I articulated nature that I would like to
communicate with others effectively but sometimes I get sensitive which is required for me to be
improved in order to carry out my capabilities in an effective manner.

development task I identify my various weaknesses as well as carried out different activities that
enhance my existing strengths (Murphy, 2018). As when I carried up my goal my first and
foremost leadership and management development plan was to determine where I was standing
in terms of professional development so in order to examine my leadership development I started
analysing myself in terms of determining my strengths and weaknesses along with workplace
tendencies that can help me in determining my anticipated pitfalls for carrying out my work
effectively. Amazon working in an individual manner I analysed that I am good to be also
effective in order to carry my leadership skills as I am very punctual with my work. Also along
with when I got a chance to work in a team I am very coordinative towards my team and deals
with those and duties that are assigned to me in a team effectively. As why working in a team I
interacted with various individuals that are carrying of various natures through my network. As I
value added that in order to perform my operations as well as activities in an effective manner
along with leading on individual in order to influence them it is necessary for me to interact with
them so that I will be able to co-ordinate with them effectively. So I decided to carry my
professional network with most suitable and valuable resources for making my leadership as well

focused in enhancing my soft skills that will help me in getting out my effective leadership as
well as management skills in order to perform different activities such as listening, practicing
empathy as well as creation of value in terms of negotiation. This helps me in building my
leadership as well as management skills development in terms of carrying out my activities in an
