Dear Alyssa,
I received your post related to the large group intervention and must say it is well
articulated in the writing. The large groups interventions are indeed the modern vehicle of
change in the organizational management. I appreciate your understanding about the topic and
compare it with the Psalms 133:1 that states “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for
brethren to dwell together in unity!”. However, I see that you did not provide any idea how you
are relating the quotation from The Bible with the concept of large group intervention. You
failed to provide complete understanding regarding the topic where I must provide some
additional insight.
Christopher, Susan and Jennifer (2011) identified the large group interventions as the
method of organizational change in the modern time business. It sees the large groups as the
opportunity for exploring diversified types of ideas from the group members that can run the
business. Diversified innovative ideas can help the business grow in the competitive world.
However, if fails to support assertion that large group composition affects the intensity of debate
and disagreement. It means that the group collaboration is the main criteria that need to be
maintain with degree of priority for receiving the positive benefits out of it. Neglecting the
criteria will result in failure of the group performance and the group will eventually disperse.
The Quotation from The Bible states somewhat similar to the concept of large group
intervention. It finds the good and pleasantness of the brotherhood and unity. It asks the mankind
to stand united to achieve success in their work. The more the number of minds working in the
process of survival and success, more the benefit it receives as it can explore more number of
innovative ideas from each of the member of the group. The limitation of a single mind is

organization.
