INTRODUCTION
Leadership is quality which influence person or different groups and community to
perform their task effectively (Zhu 2019). Organisation plays an important role in managing the
work effectively so that company aim can be achieved in given time frame. Manager have
responsibility to manage and control various business operation smoothly and in well defined
manner. In this present report Corus has been chosen which is a part of TATA steel group and it
is a six largest steel producer in world. This report covers various elements which include
comparison of different roles and responsibility of leaders. It also help to figure out various roles
and responsibilities of managers to support organisation. There are various theory and model use
in project to justify the statement. Beside this, report also covers various factor which effect the
business environment and decision making by leaders and managers.

Leaders & mangers have well-defined role in company which help company to fulfil their
task and objectives effectively. Every organization turn to be successful because of their leaders
and managers which are the reason behind handling the operations activities in order to make
effective decision to grow and expand their business activities. Leaders &managers of
organisation have different job and duties towards company.
Leaders: It is a individual who take fist step and promote the individuals to execute in
order to achieve organizational goals and objective in limited time frame.. As the leader of corus
steels is optimistic which help in facing the obstacles and problems effectively. Leaders should
have initiative approach because he is the individual who take responsibilities and action for
betterment of organisation.

regulating business model which help company to be social accountable to its stakeholders and
also to the public. By the help of corporate social responsibility it is also called corporate
