recycled and used in next manufacturing process(Gibson and Parkman, 2018). Through
this the company is able to reduce the cost of the product and can invest its remaining
money in other operating activities which benefits the company to work efficiently
towards its goal.

Business environment refers to all the facts and forces related to the factors that
influence the working of an organisation. External business factors are not in control of
the business decision it influences the working of operating activity in an organisation.
Starbucks deals with many such factors which affects the decision of the leaders and
mangers on the company. Some key factors are discussed
CULTURAL FACTOR: leaders and managers takes decision based on the culture of
people. Cultural factor is the determines the tradition, languages, practices of the
people, etc. The employees work according to the customised product. The Starbucks
made the product according to the need and wants of the people. The product designed
by company keeping in mind the cultural requirement of the people. Operational
management is responsible to provide product which people can relates in their daily
routin(Saucedo-MartÃnez and et.al., 2018).
ETHICS AND VALUE: Starbucks earns revenue from its business but with the help of
following ethical and social values towards the society. The managers and leaders

The operation gets influenced to provide quality raw material and increase the
production.

quality of Starbucks coffee with the highest quality product. Social hand are extended
by the company to provide education, employment and training to the people by

renewable sources up to 50% is storage energy sources. The company managers
