so that common goal can be achieved. There are differed kinds of leadership styles which are
helpful in order to process organizational function effectively. There are various kinds of

Autocratic- The Autocratic leadership is the term which is useful in order to
characterised by the individual control over the all decision. In these leaders makes the choices
which is based on their ideas and judgements. This kind of leaders has full control of team.
Bureaucratic- This kind of leader play their role as to create and rely on the policies in
order to meet organisational objectives. This is one of the oldest traits of leadership. This kind of
leadership is based on the hierarchy of authority, systematic rules for management and decision
making. This is very systematic procedure in order to managing the overall organisational

Democratic- This kind of leadership is also known as participative or shared leadership.
This is the kind of process in which individuals of the group works as to take participative role in
