In service industry, it is the ability of firm's management to
set and attain challenging aims, take fast and decisive action
when required, outperform the competition and motivate
others to perform at the highest level they can.

Different classical management theories
Management refer to the planning, managing organising and
controlling the functions of a company so that the firm can
run its businesses in an effective manners. In Wa -Pila

theories of classical management, they are as following:

Scientific management theory
This theory is developed by F.W. Taylor and it focused on
developing the efficiency of each person who are working in a
