praise success and drive people on the other side a manager work to find faults. In my college
function, I saw an individual have particular skills and they think beyond what they do and how
to become active to do bigger. After understanding both sides to accomplish excellence in doing
it and understand roles which are different as per the situation.
According to me the main difference in between management and leadership is that
leaders do not require to hold or inhabit a condition of management whereas a manager is
become a member of the business and take all the responsibility to conduct all essential activities
of a business. As per the different situation apply the situation theory that mainly based on the
situation and carry out all the effective results in a broad manner. According to my analysis, it is
understanding that manager as well leader both are playing an important role but follow their
own responsibilities to complete a task on time and achieve objectives of a business.
A manager can follow four main leadership style like autocratic, democratic, visionary,
and transformation whereas in leadership follow different styles like strategic, Laissez-faire,
coach-style and Bureaucratic style. As per my point of view every person have own style to
conduct different activities in order to play their roles in a specific manner. For example, A
manager plays their role as per the task and according to that apply function of management.
When new recruiters are joining in the company that time provides training them. This time a
manager apply authorisation style as per the requirement and complete his work on time. While a
leader can guide them as a coach and help them to follow motivational styles for all the rules and
legislation of the company and work for organisational objectives and goals.
I can analysis both concept and understand that a manager can provide direction to people
in regard to their work while a leader ask questions from people about their work and how to
complete by them. A manager has subordinate who are following all the instruction that gives bu
manager in regard to their work and leader have a follower who is following a leader and wants
to become like him/her in own work. A manager has a good position in the business where a
leader works under him but in many situations, a manager can take suggestion from a leader in
regard to a particular task. For example, A company wants to start a new project and provide all
responsibility to a manager. For this requires coordination with the leader and take help from him
to motivate all the staff member and apply all the changes effectively. So in many situations
require to both are working together and accomplish organisational goals and objectives on time.
