Introduction
Leadership and management are successful function in business organisation
that help to achieve target collectively. Leadership help employees to work
properly and confidently by providing training and development
programme. Management help managers to make planning for running a
business and expand at different place. This presentation will cover
classical management theory, organisational culture and role of leader and
manager in Wa Pila hotel.

Different classical management theory
Classical management theory is based on beliefs that employees only have
physical and economic needs. It does not involves social needs or job
satisfaction. In Wa Pila, managers focus on labour specialisation, decision
making and centralised leadership that help to maximize the profitability.

PAST LEADERSHIP
 In past period, bureaucratic management approach
was used by Wa pila hotel industry.
 Person culture adopted by manager of such
organization in which employees was feel good.
 Autocratic leadership style used in past period in
which decisions made only by managers.

Present Leadership
 Currently organization is using Administrative classical
management theory that is effective in order to accept
the new technology.
 Task culture is applying currently, in which only
managers are authorised to take decisions and actions.
 Democratic leadership style is helping Wa Pila to
delegate roles and responsibility between employees
according to their skills and capabilities.

Future Leadership
 Wa Pila hotel will use scientific leadership theory that
will help to understand about new technology and its
benefits in future.
 Role culture is using by such organization that will help
to divide the role of employees according to their

an organisation need to perform different activities that help to achieve goals
or objectives. Such theory is uses in current period by focusing on
administrative function of business industry. Such as the manager of Wa
Pila make planning to expand the business by adopting new technology,
organise the function, provide direction or command to employees, coordinate
with all employees within industry and control all business activities within
business entity that help to achieve goals or objectives.

Taylor that help to decide the goals and find the problems while
accepting challenges. The management of Wa Pila will use this
classical management theory in future period that will helps to
bring technology in their organisation. It states that replace working

Wa Pila can use this theory that will help to work according by
defining effective way to perform particular task in entity. Moreover,

Handy's theory
Organisation culture is the systematic procedure that help to share value,
assumptions and beliefs that help to define how people behave within organisation
in order to solve problems. The Handy has described different culture that is used
by business entity such as:
Power: It contains rules and regulation which is established by manager of
organisation that help to make decision. The Wa Pila's manager has power that help
to decide the goals and perform responsibility.
Role: Role culture will use by Wa Pila in upcoming days that will helps to new
technology such as AI, Extended reality (XR), Distributed ledger technology in
their organization. It contains role and responsibility of managers and leaders that
help to complete the task in business entity. Wa Pila can use this culture by defining
the role and responsibility of employees for introducing the new technology.

make right decision by using technological advancement. Moreover, this
leadership style helps to adopt new technology like AI, XR etc. which
is the main source of attracting customers and increase productivity.

proper records of customer and provide information through new technology.
Technology reduce work load of employees and also eliminates the error mistakes.
