Operation management is one of the essential management system of the organisation,
who's responsibility is to mange the processing, production, delivery and serving of target

farther more task and activities such as planing for the production process, the implementation
planing and strategies along with the right supervising (Aboelmaged and Hashem 2018). And all
these responsibilities are done by leader's and manger of the organisation by the use of effective
management, philosophy, theory's and models of management. Sainsbury is the supermarket
serves almost all the house holed products, such as clothes, groceries, cleaning utensil's,
electronics products and so on. Its comes under the second largest chine of UK supermarkets.
The purpose of this report is to analyse the oration management system in context of Sainsbury
