organization. Also it affect the productivity as well as profitability level in favorable manner. In
assistance of this, there are various leadership theories in which contingency theory is connected to
how the circumstances and conditions stimulate the good leadership and Behavioural theory discuss
about the behavioural of leader to perform the activities and function within business organization.
Moreover, it is important for leader to have a soft and hard skills in order to operate the company in
an effective manner. In context of TESCO, the leader encourage employees to perform their work in
better way in order to boost productivity as well profitability level. Beside from this, the report
