inspire another members to perform better in the organisation so that objectives can be achieved
in the most effective manners. under this report, There will be discussion on the famous leader
named German Lobour Front, who is the founder of the Volkswagen ,how the leader helps the
organisation to achieve the set target in the shortest period of time and he influences the
operational management environment in the organisation.
TASK 2:
Define and explain the roles of the manager and leaders.
The leader is one who influences the behaviour of its employees in the organisation so that pre-
determine can be accomplished in the most profitable manners. the leader has to performs
various roles in organisation which conquer the desire levels of outcomes ,some of the roles are
stated below:
Mission and vision: the leader is responsible or its leader duty to set the mission and vision of
the members of the organisation so that goals can be achieved in the most effective ways. He
also helps in building the brand name for the organisation in the target market places.
Representative of the organisation: here the leader of the company are the representative of
the organisation in the target markets places. He is responsible to address the concern at the

is win –win situation for everyone in the company.
Required at the all levels: leadership is requires at all the levels of the organisation as top level
task needs leader to make sound polices and plans. In the middle level, he act as executive to
make implement in the management levels.
