Different classical
management theories
The methodology which defines that employee within an organisation must
have economical and physical needs and requirement to perform a task in
most profitable manner is known as classical management theory. There
are many classical theory of management, few are discussed below:
Bureaucratic Theory: It just a method in which organization must
perform its business task in explicit consistent way with the goal that ideal
objectives can be achieved. According to this hypothesis every staff
member are dependable to answer to the upper director in any
circumstance.

Organisation cultural
In business world, varieties of culture are considered to be effective and
profitable for business that help and contribute in best and appropriate social
business environment. In the context of Wa-Pila hotel the handy cultural
theory is discussed:
Handy Cultural theory: As per this cultural theory, the culture within an
organisation is needed to be controlled and managed by manager in effective
ways so that staff member can perform allotted work in predefined manner
resulting maximum benefit for company. There are various crucial
components of handy culture that are defined below:

In business world, each company needs a responsible person to manage and
operate different business activities in best way resulting valuable
advantage for company. Thus, manager is known as most crucial part of
business that perform the vital function of controlling and managing
numerous business operation in profitable manner and other team member

not ready to accept the decision on upper management.

In business scenario, it is observed that organisation adopt the suitable
management and leadership style according to nature of business. These
styles are helpful to achieve the goals and increases global brand image of
company. Some styles and their advantages and disadvantages are

Opinion
In Wa-Pila Hotel the present management style is autocratic where all decision
re made by manager. Therefore it is recommended that company must
adopt the democratic style of leadership. This help to take meaningful
decision in favour of Hotel by having a sound group discussion with
responsible team so It help manager to have different solution or thoughts
and ideas on a specific topic which will definitely increase the overall
profit of Hotel.

Conclusion
The presentation concludes that democratic leadership style must
be followed by Wa-Pila hotel so that future goals can be
attained and possibilities of conflicts can be reduces. Manager
have crucial role that help in improvement of overall
profitability of Wa-Pila Hotel.
