A.3. My expectations from the Doctorate course is to learn advanced and professional
skills, which pothers may be lacking and therefore, gain more, both financially and from

A.1. The important element of the knowledge management process is the creation of
knowledge which can be done only by imagination, exploration and invention.
A.2. Research is the significant and original contribution to knowledge, as the main
element of research is exploration and integration, thus establishing a niche for
oneself and contribute knowledge generation.
A.3. Effective approaches for scholarly research are, identifying a unique and
unexplored area, finding a literature gap, studying and exploring extensively, noting
important aspects and reviewing, analyzing and evaluating the collected data.
