I admire Warren Buffett because of his effective leadership qualities. He is the CEO and
the chairman of the Berkshire Hathaway and he has several qualities such as he is the famous
American business magnates, speaker, investors, and the philanthropist. Warren Buffett is also a
motivating leader who knows how to make money and build the company (Friedman and Hertz,
2016). He has good communication skills which attract the audience. He motivates and inspires
people and turn crises into storytelling opportunities. He never makes any decisions in pressure
and also influences people with his leadership qualities. Warren Buffett is the hardworking
person who is dedicated towards his work.
Warren Buffet is the successful and the richest person as he believes that ‘First the people
should invest in themself’. He is also successful because he has good communication skills in
both written and verbal. Warren Buffett is the investor who values that investing is necessary for
growth and success. He is successful because he believes in long term investment rather than
short run. After reading so many books he had an extensive knowledge of bonds and stocks of
the market and he started investing in share market at the early age.
There are many traits and strengths which make him the successful leader such as he
always focus on growing his wealth and he invests in the business which is not competitive
(Meyer, 2014). He always ready to bear the loss and knows the best move to buy the shares at
the best time. Warren Buffett is a self-empowered leader because of its loyalty and he also
pursues his commitments to achieve the goals which he sets in his life.
