subordinates. In case of UPS their leader, some qualities are required in them which can help
them to increase organisational performance and improve their market share:
Honesty: It is very important factor for every leader that he reflect his team. So he should

policies with their employees.
Delegate: Information should be properly transmitted in all the departmental as each
member of organisation should be rule by one boss at one particular time which may not create
any confusion among them (Amabile, 2012 ). So leaders of UPS has to be straight forwards what
they wants to communicate with their employees.
Communication: Without this factor an organisation can not perform any of its activity
so leader is responsible for making healthy connection between employees and manger which
will directly affect in employees satisfaction. So leader has to be communicative with their
employees for their future goals to motivate them.
Confident: A chief may act confidently in worse situation as he should be a risk taker
who can take decision during any worse condition of company (Reason, 2011). He must not
give up during such situation of entity. He should be smart enough to held that position calmly
and confidently.
Positive attitude: He must wear positive attitude so that he can motivate his employees
for achieving success of company. Such attitude can help organisation in achieving its business

stand to help their employees in every situation. This is used when company leads with high

leadership style in which leaders hand over all power to their team. Most of the team members
are experienced in this leadership style and they know how to take decisions. It can increase

activities which are going on in organisation. An individual support their workers in every worse

Managers are also having a huge role in this situation because they are directly linked
