Leadership and management one an important attribute that helps to organisation to
achieve their goals and objectives by giving definite path by coordinating manpower works and
activities. Role of leader and manager rise day by day to remain always competitive in market
because guidance of them are very much crucial (Bharwani and Butt, 2012). This report is
based on Docklands academy which has close partnership with three restaurant chains named as
Hazev, Haz and tas. This report is based on various classical management theories, role of leader
and management styles. It also includes role of digital technology in an organisation with
potential skills in leader and manager to reach at goals.

Classical management theory connected with assumption that person sole have economic

are some major theories that are as follows:
