Leadership is a skill of motivating and inspiring a group of people, helping them to achieve

Telling: Situational leadership includes, telling, in this leaders have to tell people what to
do and how to do it.
Coaching: In this style, members have some required skill set and leaders helping them
improvise. Just like in a sport, a coach directs team members to make them best players.
Participating: Next is participating, Leaders allow team members to take up active role
and making decisions (Johnson and Hackman, 2018).
Delegating: Delegating, here the team has high level of confidence, resulting in less need
of a leader to hub on tasks.
Servant leadership and their differentiation from others
Here, an individual work to achieve authority over power, they intend to develop
leadership skills in others too. Main aim is to provide service to their people, focusing on people
