INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management skills are the important assets for an individual . As it helps
the each and every person in solving and leading team whenever the opportunity comes . The
organisation looks for those person who posses the communication , leadership , strategic
thinking as these skills assists the individual to grow as well as the organisation is also profited
by it (Della Corte., 2019) . The word leadership development can be explained as the ability where
it encompasses the qualities and capacity that the individual holds . Whereas the are the
numerous leadership qualities which are considered to be an effective leader and it develops the
critical thinking .
Main Body
I gained a lot of insight from the leadership skills and enhanced and improved my other
skills which helped me in a numerous way . The communication skills which is needed every
where in today world I brushed up skills and used in delivery my thoughts and ideas in a clear
way in my team . As I lacked in few qualities which is needed and should be posses in a leader .
One of this was discipline as I was not efficient with this while this quality is need to execute the
objective and meeting the deadline this quality will not only help in organisation but it assisted
me in my personal life and made me quite effective . While I have always liked working in team
and believed in team building but it comes with its cons too as sometimes the arise of conflict
make things difficult and working so I brushed and upgrade my way and methods of handling
any obstacle or the problems arise during the team work w heather it is resolving the conflicts.
Moreover I faced the problem of conflicts when I was working in a project with other people
there was rise of ambivalence between two people which was hampering the team work and
productivity further the working environment became toxic. To resolve things I took the the
charge and I used the resolving skills in this fight which I gained (Lambert., 2019) . So it takes a
lot of gumption and faith , patience to solve the conflicts and reaching the solution without being
bias. I heard the bot side of story and try to amend the things and tried to make the work together
and achieving the goals collectively . Further the model which can assist in reaching and
improving the skills and moreover it can help in systematically arranging the ideas and thoughts
likewise also enhancing and fulfilling the lacked areas . The model Gibbs can be quite effective
and efficient it encompasses the six stages which are description , feeling , evaluation, analysis ,

with my team we examined the topic and briefed after asking all these questions and completing
the goal by taking the different section of area in a assignment .
Feelings : In this the feelings are explained about when working together as the work
didn't got according there was the sense of dissatisfaction , frustration as the assignment need to
be done efficiently the other has to plan drop there other plans this also gave me the sense of
guilt .
Evaluation : In this there is proper and systematic evaluation of information or the work
situation which worked in the favour and which were opposite it is done by asking the several
questions such as the what went well how I and my team contributed in the situation and many
more . this helped in enhancing the analytical skills moreover the observation skills were boosted
Analysis : The deeper analysation and focusing on smaller details and concluding and
extracting the information from it by targetting the distinctive areas . in this the opinions and
thoughts of others also assist in concluding .
Conclusion : In this second last stage the proper conclusion is done by gaining the
insights and learning while doing the project I learned sometimes the individual thought can be
different and used while only agreeing to the majority in a group .
Action plan : In the last stage it is about whatever I have learned and gained how it will
implemented next time what work will be done differently and the insufficiency which is faced
how it can be fulfilled and used other time so that I don't ended doing similar mistakes .

and I also had the impact experience of working in a team in which I acknowledged the art of
