Management and leadership are often included the similar in various company.
Though the two share a amount of same traits, they varied in the sense that while all leaders

the another is impossible. Leaders motivates and encourage thus, motivators plan , organize

management concept and it various models . Further more it will cover the implication of
leadership theories on an individuals leadership skills.
