Leader
The person who puts full attention to the efforts of the subordinates and employees which
help the company in attaining its aims and objectives is known as a leader. The leadership is
the process of motivating and encouraging employees to maximize their efforts and help the
company in achieving success (Ward, 2019).
Manager
A manager is a person who manages various operations and functions of the business entity
with the help management skills (Business Dictionary, 2019). Management is the technique
which is used by the manager for managing business operation which includes different
approaches which can be used by ALDI are explained below:
Classical Management theory
The classical management theory is a very common management theory which is based on
the belief that the workforce of the company has physical and economic needs as a priority
