INTRODUCTION
Management can be defined as dealing with people by controlling them effectively or the
achievement of specific purpose. This purpose allows the management to coordinate efficiently

essential to the set goals. Leadership styles that are effectively opted in organisation of
Sainsbury have been detailed. Also, the management theory that are performed in the premises of
Sainsbury for bringing out the effectiveness in managing the affairs have been elaborated. This
