This report is based on selection and recruitment process of Gourmet Burger Kitchen which is
a UK-based restaurant chain. Along with that, documentation will be produced by the general
manager of the company. In addition, the general manager also will take part in the selection

demanding additional charges for raw material supply. In addition, the suppliers stopped supply
chain management by not getting desired payment. In that kind of situation, the manager of
Gourmet Burger Kitchen took the initiative and bargain with the suppliers. According to

Kitchen includes highly qualified leaders who have decision-making power. Besides that, the
board members are planning to recruit ten more employees in Gourmet Burger Kitchen and
appointed a general manager. In addition, the manager of Gourmet Burger Kitchen is just
following the instruction of the leaders of Gourmet Burger Kitchen. Moreover, the leaders
