more. Organisation was started in 1984 and now it operates its functions in London, Geneva,
Switzerland etc. Present report will discuss a critical evaluation of several classical management
theories along with roles of leaders in it. In addition to this, several internal and external factors
which can influence management styles and structures will also described under this report.
Current skills and abilities which are required in future along with change management process
