Personal mastery: This learning discipline describes that an individual could work
towards their goals to become efficient and effective person. For instance, if a person is taking

Mental models: this learning discipline describes that if people want something than
they start observing that particular thing in their environment. For instance, if an individual

Shared vision: This learning discipline explains that leaders are required to have vision
and their teams must work towards achieving those missions (Reese, S., 2020). For instance, if a
leader wants to enhance the growth of company than they communicate it with their team and
they start working towards it.
Team learning: This learning discipline helps in determining that individuals learn from
each other. For instance, people working in team which helps them in developing their skills and
abilities.
Systems thinking: This learning discipline embraces overall theories that determines the
flow of activity at working environment. For instance, individual who is in sales field is familiar
with sales cycle.
