stimulate organisation continuous growth and profitability. However despite of having different
types of roles and responsibilities both leaders and manage have common aim which is to guide,
support, direct and control employees and functions of organisation as to fulfil entity goals and
objectives. Report has been made on Grosvenor group, this entity was founded in the year 1677
and offer their services worldwide. Present report include formative discussions upon classical
management theory application in service industry. Along with this, various form of leadership
styles and role of leader is being discussed in this report. In addition to this, hard and soft skills
along with various services sector entities are included in this report.
