with three restaurants such as Havez, Haz and Tas. That further includes 21 food and beverages
operation at world level. The report present different classical management theories and also
describe the role of leader and different leadership styles in the service sector industry. Further,
study will also review the management and leadership styles and also determine the internal and
external factor that influence management style and its structure as well. Then, report assess the
current management and leadership hard and soft skills by providing evidence as well and also
discuss future management and leadership skills required by a firm as well. Lastly. It also
contrast different service industry organization change management system.
