Leadership and management are important function that help to run a business
independently for accomplishing targets. It motivates employees that help
to complete goals in given period. The presentation will discuss about
classical management theory, role of leader and manager.

Past Leadership
 In the past time, companies were using classical management theory that
involves bureaucratic management approach.
 The power culture adopted by Wa Pila in past time because company
was new and rigid.
 In the past time, companies were using classical management theory that

Present Leadership
 The Wa Pila hotel is applying Classical management theory,
culture and leadership in present time:
 Administrative theory is used by Wa Pila company in present
time.
 Task culture is also used in present time that is more feasible for
organisation
 Laissez faire leadership is good for industry in current time that
helps to bring changes in current policies.

Future leadership
 To get the more effective results scientific classical management
theory is going to applied by Wa Pila hotel.
 The role culture will be more effective in upcoming period that

About classical management theory
It contains beliefs and values that staff have only physical and economic needs. It
does not consider social needs or jobs satisfaction of employees who are working
