Different classical management
theories
There are various types of classical management theories which
could be used by managers and Wa Pila Hotel. Some of them
are described below:
Administrative: It is a management theory which is mainly used
for the purpose of finding a manner to design the company as
a whole.

Organisation cultural
Organisational culture: It is related to the values and
behaviours which are adopted by managers within an
organisation in order to manage and lead the teams.

Roles of a leader and a
manager
Role of leader:
Leaders in Wa Pila Hotel are mainly responsible for the process
of leading all the staff members so that they can work
productively.
In Wa Pila Hotels they also play a role of inspirer as they show
higher dedication towards their work and motivate employees.

Comparison and contrasting of
management and leadership styles
There are various types of management and leadership styles
that are followed in various organisations. All of them with
their advantages and disadvantages are as follows:
Participative: In this type of leadership leaders take
participation in organisation's operations for the purpose of
motivating them.

Opinion on specific management
and leadership
Management styles:
Democratic: In this type of leadership style leader involves the
workers in decisions making precess. The whole decision making
power is vested in the hands of management but it takes the
advice from the employees.

Technology influencing leadership and
management activities
Technology and latest market trends leave impact upon
management and leadership styles because they have to
change organisational policies according to market situations.
Continuous changes in the strategies may result in ineffective
execution of operational activities.

Conclusion
As from the above presentation, it has been concluded that
classical management theories are important for an
organisation to get success. Manager and leader plays a vital
role in the success of corporation. Effective management and
leadership style is helpful to manage the work in effective
manner.
