INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management skills refers to those skills which is highly essential for
individual for doing job in any organization. It includes communication, motivation, strategic
thinking, emotional thinking and so on. In this reported various skills are described for
development, planning, participation and execution of leadership activities. These skills are also
essential to manage the overall organizational activities and employees properly. Leadership is

 Motivation – It refers to increase the interest and passion of employees towards their job
internally with the help of various promotional activities (Farashahi and Tajeddin, 2018).
It includes build employee self esteem with the help of recognition and rewards and by
facilitating new responsibilities to responsibilities to employees.
 Problem solving – It is a essential skill for leader in any organization for solving the
major problems of employees in any situation . Because with the help of this method
stress of the employees are easily decreased which leads to maintain good attitude and
behaviour towards leader.

 Feedback – Feedback is a important part for understanding the problems of employees
which was faced in day to day operations. Because without feedback leader are not able
to provide those sources which is useful for employees. It includes proper equipments,
new ideas and so on and these resources are leads to increase the productivity and
performance of employees.

Strength -
 Good communication – Effective communication is my strength when I am doing any
project with my team members. Because communication is the most essential element for
keeping right conversation with our team mates. It also important complete the task
effectively and attractively.
 Motivation – With the help of motivation I motivate my team members effectively as a
leader. As a leader it is my duty that I will provide all facilities to them for increasing
their interest and passion of employees towards their job internally with the help of
various promotional activities.
Weakness -
 Problem solving – In some projects I realize that problem soving ability is my weakness
and It is a essential skill for me as a leader. It is also necessary for solving the major
problems of employees in any situation . But workload and stress I faced many problems
for solving the employees problems.
 Feedback – As a leader I realize that feedback also creates negativity in organization or
in employees if the feedback is negative. It means if the employee and leader did not get
proper training and guidance then definitely activities are done in wrong manner. Then it
creates negative impact mostly to leader because as a leader I have more responsibility.
