INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management capabilities refers to the capabilities which allows to make the best
decisions with the help of various factors such as communication, integrity, responsibility, vision
and many others. The report is going to highlight the various skills which all the students learnt
in the module. An e-portfolio is the collection of the various work done by the students
(Hallinger, 2018).
E-portfolio
This is created by the students to capture all the sectors of their life with the help of videos,
essays, artworks, or academic reports and many others.
Personal development activities
There are various ways to develop the personal activities that can be achieved with the help of
this module that helped me to check in with myself. The overall experience was new and
exciting I got to learn so many new things and skills such as communication skills, creativity and
imagination, teamwork and many others. I studied all the module with consistency as in order to
get better at anything we need to take small steps. I used to take stress a lot but now after this
project I learnt to monitor the self-talks by stopping the negative talks that can lead into stress
and failure. I learnt how to manage various team mates by working in a team that also helped all
the students to have great and new ideas. Working in team made me happier as we got as per our
skills that helped in enhancing the level of creativity, productivity, efficiency and growth. Main
skill that I learnt was communication skills as it was required to be developed for myself so that I
can be prepared for any situation or circumstances. Communication supports me is to effective
expression of thoughts and ideas as well efficient understanding of information expressed from
another end. This skill will enable me to interact with people in society and at university.
Efficient communication is a major necessity for coordination and positivity among people and
groups who are working together. Therefore, this necessary skill will result in being a major
factor in my personal development and growth in life to achieve desired goal. Another skill was
time management which allowed us to complete the assignment in the given time and that can
cause less stress in the overall situation. This skill will support me in achieving the goals faster in
an effective manner. In that way, I can give my best and improve my grades and performance in
particular subject and in life too. I believe teamwork is that skill which is required to be
developed in myself in academics and personal life. It is basically meant by effective

coordination and collaboration of team together performing an assigned task or assignment.
Teamwork allowed me to manage my team properly that benefits to bring peace and harmony in
the relationships at the university. I will be able to initiate more efforts for achievement of group
goals. This necessary skill will develop a sense of belonging in me towards group goals and tasks
together. In addition to that, I will be motivated enough to make best efforts while completing
the task.
Personal SWOT
SWOT Analysis is a tool or framework where the various factors such as strengths, weakness,
opportunities and threats are measured in order to improve the overall development of each
student. This analysis will support in bringing the various opportunities for the future purpose
(Schedlitzki and Edwards, 2021).

Personality development plan is a plan which supports in improving the skills and overall
development of the student by bringing positive changes in the life and habits of students. This
plan allows the students to build new relationships to develop the features that will be helpful in
career growth. Under this, the student can evaluate about the academic and personal
