4. What have you learnt about leadership from your own experiences, on this course and
elsewhere?
The skill of leadership has helped me so greatly to perform enthusiastically an attentively to get
the better results. I became capable to work under pressure or efficiently. It has also helped in
being presentable in various manners. My communication skills have been improved which has
been contributed so greatly in adding some more attractive ways to perform. It has improved the
way of talking or to communicate with people. On the other hand, I also became able to perform
gratefully in various manners. The improved leadership skills have added to behave positively
and mannerly with others. These improvements have helped me to perform so greatly and with
quality as well. By this, my listening skills have also been improved because of which I got so
many benefits to perform well. It has been included so many creative and innovative ways to
perform with efficiency. Because of the improved listening skills, I became able to add some
more verities and ways to perform well in the association. My improved leadership skills have
helped me in creating a healthy and peaceful atmosphere in the association. On the other hand, so
many theories of leadership have also contributed very well in marinating the structure of the
business. By the use of contingency theory, I became able to organise the various activities in the
association. It has also helped me so attractively in leading the business in an appropriate
manner. As same situational leadership theory has helped me in encouraging and motivating the
employees for increasing the production of the business. The increased production helps in
improving the profitability of the business. It has also helped me in improving the effectiveness
and efficiency of the business in an appropriate manner.
Negatives
Various times it has been observed by me that concepts or theories of leadership come up with
some disputes. It has affected my performance and me in a negative manner. Because of these
my professionalism or quality of working has also affected. Sometimes I became so
unaccountable or irresponsible towards my work and performance. It has affected me in setting

The skill of leadership has helped me so greatly to perform enthusiastically an attentively to get
the better results. I became capable to work under pressure or efficiently. It has also helped in
being presentable in various manners. My communication skills have been improved which has
been contributed so greatly in adding some more attractive ways to perform. It has improved the
way of talking or to communicate with people. On the other hand, I also became able to perform
gratefully in various manners. The improved leadership skills have added to behave positively
and mannerly with others. These improvements have helped me to perform so greatly and with
quality as well. By this, my listening skills have also been improved because of which I got so
many benefits to perform well. It has been included so many creative and innovative ways to
perform with efficiency. Because of the improved listening skills, I became able to add some
more verities and ways to perform well in the association. My improved leadership skills have
helped me in creating a healthy and peaceful atmosphere in the association. On the other hand, so
many theories of leadership have also contributed very well in marinating the structure of the
business. By the use of contingency theory, I became able to organise the various activities in the
association. It has also helped me so attractively in leading the business in an appropriate
manner. As same situational leadership theory has helped me in encouraging and motivating the
employees for increasing the production of the business. The increased production helps in
improving the profitability of the business. It has also helped me in improving the effectiveness
and efficiency of the business in an appropriate manner.
Negatives
Various times it has been observed by me that concepts or theories of leadership come up with
some disputes. It has affected my performance and me in a negative manner. Because of these
my professionalism or quality of working has also affected. Sometimes I became so
unaccountable or irresponsible towards my work and performance. It has affected me in setting
the clear objectives which have hampered the growth and development of the business.

All the leadership skills helped me so greatly to inspire and influence people to perform
attractively. As same it has also contributed so effectively in becoming a good communicator or
presentable as well. An improved communication skill of mine has also helped me in becoming a
good speaker. As some good listening skills have helped me to include various qualities which
