INTRODUCTION
Leadership is meant as the ability of the leader which guide and influence their workers.
The effective quality of leaders is to guide and motivate the workers on right path. The leader
have the skills like strong communication, confidence, creative and innovative thinking, art of
doing work which presents in the business. This ability for controlling and deals with process
and people(Robert, Giuliani, and Gurau, 2022). The administration is a activity of planning and
organize the activity of the organisation. This study contains the substance for how I evolve my
leadership skills and management.
Task 1
Management and leadership
There are the 2 most crucial facet of the enterprise. The director is a individual who is
accountable for management of a unit of workers and the project appointed. The job of a director
is for ensure the work in an effective manner. This is the ability of the individual which guide the
workers for doing the correct things through inspiration and motivate them.
Theory of Management
Theory of scientific management : With this management theory the manager
examination the activity which is ongoing through using scientific methods. I apply this theory
of management in my activity and get accurate judgement of activity which I have done. The
theory assists in increasing my level of productivity(Riinawati, 2022).
Theory of human relations management: The theory is supported on relation devising
within workers. This permit the workers for sharing the thought and idea with the co-workers.
Through applying the theory I am capable to convey the ideas in the task manager and this
increase my self assurance.
Theory of Leadership
Theory of Behavioural : The theory is being defined as action of leader. This is
supported on the action of learner, leaders were not born prosperous.
Theory of Contingency: The theory is supported on situational effect of failure and success.

Gibbs reflective model
This structure learns thing through occurrence and formed by Graham Gibbs in 1988. the
model covers 6 stage which is statement of occurrence, sensitiveness for the occurrence, changes
in good and bad mode, reasoning, decision of learning and the activity plan of how to trade with
these situation. The self contemplation of my own execution and occurrence is describe below :
Description:
I an a employee in Tesco and gets an assignment of unit task with the responsibility and
authority of managing the group work. There are 6 associate in my unit includes me and only I
have potency for leading and directing them. I do have obligation to manage the activity and
provide guidance as required. In this task the different research project is assigned on economic
basis topic and submit the project in a day(Khan, and, et. al., 2022).
Feelings and thoughts:
I experience great feeling when performing the task my confidence is boosted. This was
my first experience in leading and managing the team. When I heard for this opportunity the
nervousness arouse in me because I do not have mental object for managing the unit. When I
give statement for allotted work I feel tense that I delegate something incorrect. Through the
affirmative reaction of my team I get impelled.
Evaluation:
The overall experience when going a project was good. I got an possibility for sharpening
the leadership skill which I have. All unit member were very coordinative and cooperative. I do
not aspect any problem when delegating the task. I apply theory of scientific management for
checking work of team member and checking the efficiency of the work. This provide the
guidance for performing a proper task(Filatotchev, Ireland, and Stahl, 2022).
Analysis:
I evaluate the experience when performing the leadership and management function was
good. I have good team member who helps each other when doing work.
Conclusion:
I got the experience of team leading through listening and motivation in proper way. Also
learn to deal with people through performance in all management function.

CONCLUSION
In this above report this is concluded that the manager and the leader have all managing
and leadership skill. The skill are most important in an organisation which enhance the
productivity level. Apart of this the manager have the knowledge for principles and theories
which is easy for them in managing the task and business environment as per the theory.
