company is make the lives of different consumers easier in the market. The organisation is
experienced in terms of generating revenues in the market. Due to their ethical practices Unilever
has managed to achieve the inherent goals and objectives. On the other hand, in this report there
will be brief discussion about leadership and management theories. Along with that, there will be
comparison of leadership and management. For further instance, there will be brief discussion
about key performance metrics of the organizational sector. In this report, there will be
