This project has given an emphasis about the leadership and management in the
Starbucks Cafe. The management and leadership approaches used at the company is very
progressive in nature which support the designates to involve in planning, controlling and
managing the all different operations at the organisation. This report has demonstrated the core
differences between management and leadership. The basic difference is identified as
management only instruct to achieve a certain objective. On the other hand leadership is about to
motivate and guide employees to achieve mutual objectives. Different leadership styles such as
contingency leadership, structural leadership and such like styles are adopted by company.

respond to individual needs on the basis of respective elements and factors. All these are the key
elements of the leadership at the company. Furthermore, definition stated by the Warren Bennis
about the leadership is such that it is a process that involve leadership is a capacity to translate
vision into the reality. This definition clearly indicate the fact that the role of leadership is such
that it favour to transom the vision of the organisation into the reality. Leadership is consider as
among the core need and requirement associated with the business entity. In process to mitigate
all individual objectives and aim of business this is essential for the leaders to ensure the
mitigation of individual goal along with satisfying the overall requirements of the company. The
